Our established client, a regulatory body in Downtown Toronto, is seeking a full-time permanent Examination Assistant to join their team. This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week on-site. The role offers the chance to work with a great team!
Roles and Responsibilities
-Assist with processing exam applications
-Update and maintain the internal database
-Answer candidate inquiries
-Send out documentation to regulatory authorities
-Send out candidate information packages
-Assist with quality assurance
-Assist with scoring process
-Filing
-Assist with reporting
-Other related tasks as required
Qualifications and Skills
-Must have completed a post-secondary degree or diploma
-Must have 2 years of administrative or coordinator experience
-Experience working in a regulatory body is a strong asset
-Must be proficient in MS Office
-Must be highly organized and detail oriented
-Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment
-Must have strong data entry skills
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must have good problem solving skills
-Must be able to work well in a team
-Must have strong discretion and be able to deal with confidential information
