Job Description

Our client, an established regulatory body in Downtown Toronto, is seeking a permanent full-time Candidate Information Representative to join their team. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week on-site. The role offers the chance to join a friendly team and collaborative environment!

Roles and Responsibilities

-Act as the first point of contact in the office, greeting and directing visitors
-Answer calls and inquiries
-Coordinate mail and couriers
-Documentation and filing
-Records maintenance
-Put together and send out candidate packages
-Other related administrative tasks as required

Qualifications and Skills

-Must have completed a post-secondary Degree or Diploma
-Must have 1-2 years of relevant administrative/reception experience
-Experience working in a regulatory body is a strong asset
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
-Must have strong time management skills
-Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment
-Must be able to work well with individuals at all levels of an organization
-Bilingualism is a strong asset
-Must have strong problem-solving skills
