Customer Service Representative – Onsite (Oakville)
Contract: 3 months | Pay: $20/hr | Location: Oakville (Free Parking)
Schedule: Rotating shifts between 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Mon–Sun (incl. holidays)
We’re looking for a Customer Service Rep to support our municipal client at their busy contact center in Oakville.
You'll be the first point of contact for public inquiries, handling high call volumes and delivering excellent service.
Answer inbound calls and service requests
Provide clear, accurate information
Resolve or escalate issues as needed
Keep detailed records in the system
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
1+ year in a call center or receptionist role
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Team player with great attention to detail
Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
