Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting, AP-focused role
Experience with real estate or property management is an asset
Yardi Voyager experience is a strong asset
Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with financial systems
Key Responsibilities
Process utility, telecom, and property tax invoices: upload, code, and manage approval workflows
Set up utility accounts for new property acquisitions and close accounts for dispositions
Maintain accurate tracking of utility bills and ensure timely receipt
Investigate discrepancies and ensure correct application of payments
Collaborate with treasury to resolve unreconciled items
Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and support process improvements
