Job Description

Our client is seeking a hands-on Qlik Sense Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable BI solutions. This role combines technical leadership with solution architecture, focusing on modern analytics platforms and agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor BI developers, manage workload, and oversee quality delivery of analytics projects.

• Act as technical lead across the full BI lifecycle—requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.

• Develop data models and dashboards using Qlik Sense; optimize scripts, manage QVDs, and troubleshoot performance issues.

• Design and manage ETL pipelines to ingest data from diverse sources across cloud and on-premise systems.

• Collaborate with architecture teams to align with enterprise standards and CI/CD practices.

• Ensure effective QA, project tracking, and change management across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years in BI development with strong expertise in Qlik Sense (scripting, ODAG, QMC, performance tuning).

• Solid understanding of data warehousing, modeling, and integration best practices.

• Experience with additional BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy) is an asset.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, DevOps workflows, and secure coding standards.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills; experience guiding technical teams.
