Job Opportunity: IT Service Management Consultant

Contract Duration: May 2025 – April 2026
Part-Time: 25 hours/week

About the Role

Altis Technology is IT Service Management (ITSM) Consultant for a part time contract opportunity with one of our Federal Government clients. 

• Lead installation, configuration, and customization of the ITSM tool.

• Coordinate with Government departments for seamless integration with Government of Canada ITSM processes.

• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, project teams, and vendors.

• Leverage best practices and lessons learned from other government ITSM initiatives.

Mandatory Qualifications

• 5+ years (within the last 10) leading IT Service Management or Operations teams.

• 2+ years (within the last 10) working with clients in the IT domain.
