Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced BI Report Developer to design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful data-driven decision-making within a collaborative IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop complex SQL queries and build reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS.

• Gather and translate reporting requirements into scalable BI solutions.

• Design and implement reporting solutions based on data from SQL databases, data lakes, and data marts.

• Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and visual clarity.

• Assist in the design of Azure-based data marts to support reporting needs.

• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs related to report data.

• Build Power Apps to enhance reporting usability.

• Document technical processes and reporting structures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–6 years of experience in SQL development and BI/reporting tools.

• Strong skills in MS SQL Server and Power BI.

• Experience developing and maintaining SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards.

• Proficiency in Excel, including VBA/macros.

• Background in data modeling and data warehouse concepts is a plus.

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Self-starter who can work both independently and in a team.
