Job Description

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Client Services Representative to join their team in Toronto for a 1 year contract. This is hybrid role (2-3 days in office) and is located Downtown Toronto.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting clients and ensuring smooth operations by responding to inquiries and providing information on the companies services and products. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for servicing clients and partners by responding to inquiries about the bank's products and services.

  • Respond to inquiries by providing requested information or referring the request to the appropriate department.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client service and operational efficiency.
  • Process wire-in and wire-out transactions, including cash reconciliations and transfers, while monitoring accounts.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A degree or diploma in Finance or a related field 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in Customer service and Banking or Financial Service
  • Strong attention to detail
