Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Client Services Representative to join their team in Toronto for a 1 year contract. This is hybrid role (2-3 days in office) and is located Downtown Toronto.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting clients and ensuring smooth operations by responding to inquiries and providing information on the companies services and products.
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for servicing clients and partners by responding to inquiries about the bank's products and services.
Respond to inquiries by providing requested information or referring the request to the appropriate department.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Process wire-in and wire-out transactions, including cash reconciliations and transfers, while monitoring accounts.
