- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills are essential for working with a small finance team. You should be comfortable taking ownership of key accounting functions and supporting your colleagues where necessary.
- Team Fit: The ideal candidate will thrive in a small team, embrace process improvements, and enjoy working with a variety of accounting tasks. A commitment to stability and long-term tenure is highly valued.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the transactional side of accounting but also wants exposure to a range of financial activities in a collaborative environment. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to make a real difference in a nonprofit organization, we encourage you to apply.
