Roles and Responsibilities
-Connect with clients via email, phone, and live chat to answer inquiries
-Support clients with registration, compliance, and reporting requirements
-Relationship management
-Assist with client onboarding
-Maintain and update the client database
-Data analysis
-Other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills
-Must have completed a post-secondary degree or diploma
-Must have at least 2 years of customer service experience
-Must be proficient in MS Office and be able to navigate Excel
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
-Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
-Must have strong problem solving skills
-Must have excellent analytical skills
-Experience using SAP is a strong asset
