Job Description

We are hiring for an Administrative/Uniform Clerk for our client, for a 1-year contract in downtown Toronto. This role is fully onsite, Monday to Friday, 7am – 3pm, with a start date of May 5th.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and office support
  • Assist with inquiries for employees
  • Verify and input invoices into Excel
  • Filing, scheduling, and ordering supplies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of office/administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel 
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
