Job Description
We are hiring for an Administrative/Uniform Clerk for our client, for a 1-year contract in downtown Toronto. This role is fully onsite, Monday to Friday, 7am – 3pm, with a start date of May 5th.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Assist with inquiries for employees
- Verify and input invoices into Excel
- Filing, scheduling, and ordering supplies
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of office/administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
