Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to join our client on leading and optimizing digital marketing strategies. This role oversees digital campaigns, content development, and audience engagement to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

This is supporting our client starting on a 6 month contract with potential to extend until 1 year. This contract is working in a hybrid working model, working 3 days onsite in Ottawa.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, personalization, and AI-driven initiatives.
• Manage and optimize web content, online advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
• Analyze customer insights and digital analytics to enhance engagement and improve conversion rates.
• Oversee vendor relationships, budget management, and project execution for digital marketing initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team to drive impactful marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in digital marketing, online advertising, and content management.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and campaign performance optimization.
• Experience in A/B testing, data-driven decision-making, and audience segmentation.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies to enhance digital customer experiences.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights email marketing
• Ability to define segments within Customer Insights that target key customers
• Ability to setup and configure  Journeys in Customer Insights 
• Ability to manage a team of specialists to execute multichannel marketing campaigns
• Bilingual an asset but not required
