We are seeking a Product Owner to lead high-impact initiatives within our organization. This is a director level role, hybrid in downtown Toronto.
About the Role
As a Product Owner, you will take end-to-end ownership of key products, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, manage high-performing squads, and bring a data-driven approach to decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage high-profile products, including P&L accountability.
- Drive the achievement of OKRs and track progress using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine business needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Communicate and translate the product vision and strategy to key stakeholders and leadership.
- Represent customer needs to ensure they are effectively integrated into the team’s work.
- Define and refine the minimum viable product (MVP) to validate product-market fit.
- Optimize Agile workflows and remove impediments to enhance delivery.
- Foster an innovative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and participate in discussions on emerging best practices.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner, with a track record of managing large-impact projects.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive business objectives through data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional problem-solving, conflict resolution, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience defining and communicating business requirements effectively.
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and build strong relationships across teams.
- Intellectual curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement.
