Job Opportunity: System Analyst

Location: Onsite (National Capital Region)
Duration: 1 year + 2 optional 1-year extensions
Security Clearance: Top Secret

Overview:

Altis Technology is seeking a System Analyst for a contract opportunity with one of our Federal Government Clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Design and implement high-availability, high-volume IT systems
• Develop system specifications, use cases, and technical documentation
• Oversee system integration, testing, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and IT teams
• Ensure new solutions align with security, budget, and technical constraints

Qualifications:

✅ 10+ years experience in IM/IT systems design & architecture
✅ 5+ years experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML)
✅ Experience working on Public Safety IM/IT projects
✅ Strong knowledge of Active Directory, PowerShell, Windows Server, ITSG-33

Preferred:

✔️ Degree or diploma in Sciences, Engineering, or Information Management
✔️ Experience with multi-tier enterprise applications
