This is a 3-month contract with a strong possibility of extension. This position will follow a hybrid model with 4 days a week on site (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) in North York.
What You'll Do:
- Run promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales events.
- Keep an eye on promotions and work with teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Handle merchandising and make sure it aligns with sales and marketing.
- Team up with others to improve product categories, site navigation, and merchandising.
- Research the competition and market to fine-tune sales strategies.
- Track sales, analyze KPIs, and spot opportunities for improvement.
- Create eye-catching copy and visuals for email campaigns.
- Manage post-promotion stuff like order processing and fulfillment.
- Handle invoices and payments.
- Help prepare documents like promotional calendars and sales reports.
What You'll Need:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or something similar.
- 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce sales, merchandising, or sales operations.
- Great organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and a team player.
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Photoshop skills are a bonus.
