Job Opportunity: Business Analysts (Level 3) – Hybrid, Secret Clearance Required

Duration: 1 year + 2 optional 1-year extensions
Location: Hybrid (Gatineau, QC)
Security Requirement: Secret Clearance

Altis Technology is seeking Business Analysts for a contract opportunity with one of our Federal Government clients. .

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements.
• Translate business needs into system development requirements.
• Apply Agile methodology to document user stories and business processes.
• Conduct gap analysis and process modeling.
• Support change management and business transformation efforts.
• Document acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
• Provide leadership and knowledge transfer to junior staff.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 10+ years as a Business Analyst.
• 5+ years in an Agile IT development environment capturing user stories.
• Experience with workshops, process modeling, gap analysis, and IM/IT transformation.
• 5+ years working with CRM or Case Management systems.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with public sector IM/IT transformation projects.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Power BI.
• Business process documentation using UML or BPMN.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma).
