We are working with a Federal Government client seeking a Project Manager to join their team on a multi-year contract. The work will be conducted on site, and in Ottawa.
Roles and Responsibilities
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Public Administration, Commerce, or Engineering with 5+ years as a Project Manager in the last 10 years, OR a diploma in related fields with 5+ years as a Project Manager, OR a current PMP or CAPM certification (provide degree/certification details)
Experience managing multiple Government of Canada IT projects with cross-functional teams of 10+ members
2+ years in the last 5 years handling at least 3 project planning activities like Project Charters, Work Breakdown Structures, cost estimation, scheduling, management plans, or risk tracking
2+ years in the last 5 years handling at least 3 project execution and tracking activities such as Project Charters, Work Breakdown Structures, cost estimation, scheduling, management plans, or risk tracking
5+ years in the last 10 years using MS Project 2016 or later for planning, scheduling, reporting, and tracking project tasks and resources
