About the Role:
Our client, a leader in the professional service is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to enhance their growing HR department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes full ownership of their responsibilities.
Location: Must be located in Ontario
100% REMOTE ROLE.
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
Salary Range: $75K-90K per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete employee life cycle: onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, effectively resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate necessary reports.
- Support recruitment during peak hiring periods.
- Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention.
- Identify and implement process improvements for streamlined HR operations.
- Flexible to support recruitment efforts when required.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist in a high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation.
- Proven experience managing HR in a large, dynamic workforce.
- Self-starter with a proactive, resourceful, and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and adaptability.
