We are looking for a Microsoft Azure B2B & SSO Platform Expert for a 6-month contract in Ottawa, ON. Our client is seeking the services of a Microsoft Azure SSO and B2B Platform expert. The expert will guide the configuration and implementation of policies that would allow users from one domain (managed on Azure tenants) to seamlessly user services on another without reauthentication. Must consider users coming from multiple tenants into the client's tenant.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible to evaluate user business and software requirements and develops new or enhance existing and off-the-shelf computer applications.
• Focused on meeting user needs and improving the efficiency of the client's operations through system and software solutions.
• Possesses a strong understanding of systems programming, graphical user interfaces and control languages.
• Evaluates vendor supplied software packages and makes recommendations to IT management.
• Modifies and/or debugs vendor-supplied utilities and packages.
• Modifies, installs and prepares technical documentation for system software applications.
• Diagnoses, isolates and de-bugs software problems and performs problem resolution.
• Monitors systems capacity and performance, plans and executes disaster recovery procedures and provides Tier 2 technical support.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
• Typically has 4 to 6 years of IT work experience in systems administration and programming.
• Minimum 5 years of analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale integrations based on Microsoft Azure.
• Experience working with Azure SSO, B2B, SAML, Entra ID, Open ID Connect, Microsoft Graph, Azure API.
• Experience in setting up federation between domains and tenants.
• Experience application security in Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with mapping identities and manipulating SAML tokens.
• Experience handling of Azure MFA.
• Experience with API or services integrations and a firm understanding of implementing solutions with multiple data sources.
