Job Description

We are seeking a Workday Configuration Specialist with expertise in Workday Time and Attendance, Reporting, Integrations, and Dashboards. This role is responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Workday solutions that align with our clients business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Workday Configuration & Support:
    • Lead the configuration, design, and implementation of Workday modules.
    • Translate business needs into technical specifications for configuration, integration, and reporting.
    • Ensure proper smoke testing is completed before handing over for business testing.
    • Manage defects and ensure timely resolution.
  • Reporting & Integrations:
    • Develop and maintain Workday dashboards and reports, working closely with reporting teams.
    • Support integrations with multiple applications and ensure seamless data consolidation from Workday.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Documentation:
    • Partner with HR, Finance, Cybersecurity, IT, and PMO teams to recommend solutions that align with business needs.
    • Maintain detailed documentation for Workday configurations, business processes, and security settings.
    • Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of Workday configuration experience across multiple modules.
  • Strong expertise in Workday Time & Attendance, Reporting, Integrations, and Dashboards.
  • 5+ years of experience and/or exposure to HR business processes.
  • Proven experience configuring and supporting Workday systems in a large-scale organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience leading HRIS projects or initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Workday Learning, Recruiting, or Financials.
  • Background in project management and change management related to Workday implementations.
