Responsibilities:
Work closely with project teams to help lead the change management work stream, including:
Training
Identifying end users and core functionality/uses of projects
Evaluate extent of change from current business process
Collaborate with training team to generate training plans, resources and assist with any training deliverables
Communication
Deliver ongoing communications with sponsorship, project team, subject matter experts and end users through life of projects
Solicit employee feedback via surveys, meetings, emails, etc.
Prepare change management strategies to maximize efficiency of project teams
Consult with members and identifying and managing anticipated resistance
Manage relationships and provide feedback to project team in order to monitor and assess the impact of change on employees.
Manage invested parties and executive sponsors expectations
Manage change management issues and escalate to senior management where necessary
Create and manage change management documentation including, but not limited to, risk and readiness assessments
Ideal Candidate Must-have:
Minimum 3-5 years of successfully executing change management as a Change Management Specialist or Practitioner or equivalent
A recognized degree or certificate in Change Management
Experience in creating change management plans, risk assessments, communication planning, tracking and management of change management progress, tracking issues, and managing training.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams.
Deals comfortably with senior management and can present and converse with people in positions of authority.
Good judgment and the capacity to independently evaluate situations and identify the optimum course of action.
Results-oriented with strong people and time management skills, highly organized, motivated, and driven to succeed.
Experience building meaningful relationships with the team, other internal departments, and vendors.
Must have an adaptable change management style to overcome unexpected challenges during the project.
Must be able to manage conflicts amongst the team and maintain a harmonious work environment.
