Altis Recruitment is grateful to partner with an organization within the Broader Public Sector to support the recruitment of a DAM Librarian. This is a 2-year contract with the possibility for 3 additional terms for up to 5 years in total.

Remote Opportunity

Duties:

• Collaborate with dynamic teams to organize and manage resources within the Adobe Experience Manager (“AEM”) Digital Assets Management (DAM) platform.
• Administer structured classifications and metadata frameworks for resources integrated into the system.
• Ensure accurate Intellectual Property (IP) and resource specifications, validate key resources availability, and adapt to support team needs.
• Furnish metadata for the organization’s digital assets within the AEM DAM.
• Curate archived resource types in alignment with evolving business requirements.
• Coordinate with creative leadership for efficient resource retrieval, placement, and upload.
• Secure necessary approvals for resource sharing, adhering to protocols and maintaining transparency across stakeholders.
• Facilitate DAM system and content utilization training for users, ensuring archival consistency and compliance.
• Update stakeholders on resource integration progress, including objectives, obstacles, advancements, and adaptations.
• Craft Standard Operational Procedure guidelines for resource intake protocols.

Requirements:

•  3 years of experience handling AEM assets and sites
• Familiarity with established file administration norms and methodologies
• Profound comprehension of Digital Assets Management (DAM), metadata categorization, and principles pertaining to digital resources.
• Extensive familiarity and practice with AEM functionalities. Exposure to various content management frameworks.
• A methodical and meticulously organized individual, demonstrating exceptional precision.
