Altis Recruitment is grateful to partner with an organization wtihin the Broader Public Sector to support the recruitment of two Digital Content Creators for a 2 year contract. This position is operating in a predominately remote capacity with occassional requirements out of their Downtown Toronto office. 

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the organization of project elements (text, materials, categorization, file readiness for dissemination) and adhere to timelines.
• Assess project needs and contribute to the establishment of essential timelines.
• Establish and manage project specifics and prerequisites utilizing project management/collaboration platforms.
• Recognize and manage requests.
• Manage all linguistic adaptation prerequisites for textual content.
• Aid in duties connected to the synchronization of electronic resources (sourcing and procurement of images, updates to Digital Asset Management (“DAM”) databases, allocating classification and descriptive data to resources, and managing resource file traffic).
• Manage and execute marketing endeavors for customer engagement via email and social media platforms.
• Serve as a liaison between internal & external associates including Marketing, Creative Studio, e-Commerce.
• Execute assessments for digital content quality (ideal file dimensions for satisfactory page load times and adherence to AODA/WCAG standards).
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing digital content performance.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the intake and trafficking of assets.
• A strong knowledge base around multi-media production practices, technology, and terminology.
• Experience with DAM, Content Management, and Project Management systems.
• Working knowledge of Mac OS, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Analytics, and Digital Asset Management software.
