Job Title: Project Management Specialist (1-Year Term, with Option for Renewal)

Location: Hybrid (10 days onsite required)

Security Requirement: Eligible for Enhanced Reliability

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and managing project plans under the direction of the Director, Platforms & Connectivity Services.
• Facilitate daily scrum huddles to promote agile software development principles.
• Coordinate tasks among stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain high-level project status dashboards for senior management.
• Perform other project-related activities as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of IT project assistance experience in large organizations.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar collaborative tools.
• Experience in various testing types, including disaster recovery and performance/load.

Assets:

• Experience in Agile projects (SCRUM).
• Background in IT infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with SaaS environments and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub).
• Software development background preferred.
