Oversee the maintenance of buildings, grounds, equipment, and facilities to ensure they work well, stay safe, accessible, and clean.
Develop and put into action maintenance plans to keep occupancy rates high, rents coming in, and work completed on time. Respond to emergencies outside regular hours if needed.
Set and follow maintenance priorities and procedures, including preparing for unit turnovers and major renovations. Ensure safety standards are met and handle purchase requests.
Plan, budget, and keep track of maintenance spending. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, including preventive measures, work orders, snow removal, and roof maintenance.
Keep residents informed about maintenance progress and handle their requests efficiently. Other duties as needed.
