Responsibilities and Deliverables:

• Lead the sustainment and implementation of Contact Center as a Service (CaaS) solution, providing a multi-channel customer experience to our operations.
• Manage operational enhancements and new feature implementations of M365 for our organization and managed agencies.
• Drive various client-facing Infrastructure initiatives as the Lead Project Manager.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 9+ years of project management experience on medium to large initiatives within an enterprise setting.
• Proven expertise in Contact Center implementations and technologies within an enterprise context.
• Demonstrated proficiency in M365 implementation, particularly with M365 Teams Voice and related technologies.
• Experience managing enterprise upgrades of client computing devices, networks, and other client-facing infrastructure.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
• Extensive knowledge of quality management program development and implementation, preferably within the public sector.
• Strong track record in project management including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, status reporting, risk management, and change control.
• Exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to effectively communicate, set clear expectations, and manage teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for effective reporting and presentations.
• Based locally in the lower mainland with the flexibility to report to the office as needed.
