Roles and Responsibilities
Development of Staffing or Resourcing Strategies;
Development of Statement of Merit Criteria;
Development of Assessment Tools and Rating Guides while applying the TBS Key Leadership
Competency profiles when applicable.
Conducting the screening of applications;
Marking of exams;
Participation in interviews;
Conducting reference checks;
Leading informal discussions;
Documenting assessment results
