Job Description

Our established client in Financial Services is seeking a permanent full-time Executive Assistant to support a team of executives. This role is mostly on-site (with one remote work day per week) in Downtown Toronto. Roles and Responsibilities

-Provide administrative support to a team of executives
-Scheduling and calendar management
-Travel and meeting coordination
-Expense management
-Preparation of documents, spreadsheets, reports, PowerPoint presentations
-Catering and equipment coordination
-Reservation booking
-Client correspondence
-Assist with ordering and maintaining office supplies
-Other related administrative duties as required

Qualifications and Skills

-Must have a minimum of 4-5 years as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate/professional services environment
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
-Must be proficient in MS Office
-Must have strong time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
-Must have excellent client service skills
-Must have the ability to work with individuals at all levels
-Must be a team player and have a helpful and positive attitude
