Job Title: Scrum Master
Duration: June 3, 2024 – May 2, 2025
Location: Hybrid

Background: Join a federal Crown corporation dedicated to enhancing rural Canada through specialized financial services. With over 2,300 employees across 103 offices, we support farming operations and rural businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Lead 1-2 teams as Scrum Master
• Remove obstacles for teams and Product Owner
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and workshops
• Reinforce Scrum practices
• Support information management and process improvement initiatives
• Foster team building and engagement

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban
• Minimum five years of business experience
• Scrum Master certification preferred
• Experience supporting multiple teams is advantageous
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to foster an Agile and growth mindset
