Altis Recruitment is grateful to partner with an organization within the Broader Public Sector to support the recruitment of a Scanning/Records Clerk for a 1 month contract term in Victoria, BC.
The successful candidate will play an important role in digitizing hard copy documents and providing general administrative support.
This 4 weeks contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficiency of our client's operations while gaining valuable experience in a public sector environment.
The hours for this position will be 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (with 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
Responsibilities:
- Scan hard copy documents into electronic system
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of scanned documents
- Collaborating with team members to prioritize scanning tasks
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of scanned documents
Requirements:
- On-site work required
- Office experience is required
- Previous experience in administration or records management would be highly encouraged
- Ability to learn new system
- Attention to details
