Altis is actively recruiting on behalf of our client in the insurance industry to join their team! If you are a recent LLQP professional this is the perfect role for you! This full-time, permanent role does involve hybrid working structure, with 3 days/week on-site in North York. This opportunity also includes a competitive package offering 4 weeks vacation, RRSP and health and dental benefits (100% employer paid)! 

The Licensed Sales Advisor-Life Insurance is responsible for inbound calls from clients regarding their insurance policy. The agent is responsible for delivering professional and timely service to the client.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from clients regarding their insurance policies
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and policy-related questions
• Assist clients with policy updates, coverage changes, and claims procedures
• Offer appropriate insurance products and services based on client needs and requirements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer loyalty and retention
• Keep accurate records of all client interactions and update client information as necessary
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve team goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) certification
• Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
