Our client in the Insurance field is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team for a full-time permanent role. This is a hybrid role and is located in North York.

The Sales Manager will lead and motivate a team of Sales Agents to ensure their performance consistently meets customer and business expectations. Provide daily training, coaching, and motivation to drive positive customer outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead, support, coach, and mentor Sales Agents and Insurance Representatives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and training to improve results
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management
- Identify growth opportunities for employees across various positions
- Provide daily direction, motivation and guidance to the team
- Run team meetings and trainings
- Other duties as required
Qualifications and Skills
- A degree or a diploma in a related field
- 5+ years of sales experience and 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience in insurance sales considered a strong asset
- LLQP considered a strong asset
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team to meet targets and deliver positive customer outcomes
- Ability to drive motivation and foster innovative thinking within the team
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
