Our client in the Insurance field is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team for a full-time permanent role. This is a hybrid role and is located in North York.

The Sales Manager will lead and motivate a team of Sales Agents to ensure their performance consistently meets customer and business expectations. Provide daily training, coaching, and motivation to drive positive customer outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead, support, coach, and mentor Sales Agents and Insurance Representatives
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and training to improve results
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for management
• Identify growth opportunities for employees across various positions
• Provide daily direction, motivation and guidance to the team
• Run team meetings and trainings 
• Other duties as required 

Qualifications and Skills

• A degree or a diploma in a related field 
• 5+ years of sales experience and 2+ years of people management experience 
• Experience in insurance sales considered a strong asset 
• LLQP considered a strong asset 
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team to meet targets and deliver positive customer outcomes
• Ability to drive motivation and foster innovative thinking within the team
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
