Position: Senior Business Analyst (ERP Implementation)
Location: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 7hr workdays)
Background: Join our team to implement an enterprise-wide scheduling and time reporting solution, enhancing staff scheduling and time reporting processes. Work with leading software applications, interfaced with SAP ECC Payroll and SuccessFactors, enabling secure remote access.
Scope of Work: Seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts to contribute to the Corporate Scheduling and Time Reporting project. Responsibilities include business process documentation, training content development, workshop facilitation, and business change impact analysis.
Key responsibilities include:
Documentation of business processes using relevant modelling techniques such as Use Case, Swim-lane, and Data Flow Diagramming.
Analysis of current business processes and the identification of relevant business changes and business impacts.
Development of job aids and training content to support business readiness activities.
Workshop facilitation and creation of effective working relationships with business stakeholders and business SMEs.
Identification and documentation of business change impacts.
Support the development of business change action plans.
Develop test scenarios and test cases.
Communicating business process/change related risks and issues to the Business Change Manager.
Participate in testing and validation activities in coordination with business stakeholders.
Document business decisions and action items
