Our client is seeking a Bilingual Translator Agent to join their team on a contract!

Location: Remote (must go on site 1-2 times a month).

Contract: 3 months

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Requirements:
- Bilingual in the French and English language
- Minimum 2 years of translation experience
- Experience in post-editing machine translation materials preferred
- Formal certification in translation (university/college) preferred

Responsibilities:
- Translate text from English to French, ensuring quality and accuracy
- Review content submissions in English and complete translations according to client standards
- Collaborate with quality analyst or team lead for issue resolution
- Adhere to client policies on Data Protection
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Maintain commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in work approach
- Utilize various applications effectively for translation tasks
- Continuously learn and improve through self-study and hands-on experience

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication (B2 and above)
- Strong process orientation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet challenging goals and deadlines
- Demonstrated passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
- Ability to remain composed in challenging situations
