Job Description
Our client in the non-profit sector is looking for a Bilingual Client Support Officer to join their team in Ottawa for a temporary role, covering a 20 month maternity leave. This position is primarily remote with the exception of 1 day per week onsite. The Client Services Coordinator provides support and services to clients, is one of the first interaction between clients and the organization, and is key to maintaining the company's reputation for high client service standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients.
- Responding to any client inquires via phone and email.
- Preparing memberships and updating member information in the system.
- Processing client payments and preparing bank deposits.
- Managing accounts receivables and documents.
- Contributes to the overall teamwork and collaboration.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bilingual in the English and French language.
- Experience providing administrative and client services.
- Ability to innovate, recommend improvements and coordinate service offerings.
- Experience working in a digital first environment and demonstrated experience with various software and technology.
- Proficiency in accessing information stored in large data systems and navigating a database to locate and interpret data to serve clients.
- Strong client service and interpersonal skills is required.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite is required (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook).
- Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, and with QuickBooks, is an asset.
