Job Opportunity: Findur Application Developer

Duration: 2 years, with potential for a 1-year extension
Location: Remote
Security Requirement: Eligible for Secret Clearance

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and implement enhancements for Findur application to meet business requirements.
• Conduct technical and root-cause analysis, providing recommendations for issue resolution.
• Advocate for and implement development practices like test-driven development and DevOps.
• Adopt and champion current automation and modernization frameworks for the Findur application.
• Complete ongoing tasks and deliverables as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with Findur or Endur.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Java-based application development using Eclipse IDE, preferably with Oracle RBMS.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience with RDBMS databases; strong understanding of SQL.
• Experience supporting high-criticality, availability, reliability, and security applications.

Assets:

• Experience with Agile projects (SCRUM).
• Experience with performance testing.
• Experience with financial applications/systems.
• Experience with data warehouses.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub).
