Job Description

Our federal government client is seeking the services of a Project Manager to work on contract supporting their team in the definition, implementation and management of a structured project.

1 year + 4 optional years
Hybrid
Secret level of security clearance
Unilingual 

Requirements:

* Must have recent experience managing Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Systems, or Ballistic Clothing or Combat Engineer Equipment
* Must have recent experience directly managing a Project including a combination of phases; Project Identification, Options Analysis, Approval (Definition), Project Approval (Implementation)
and Project Closeout
* Must have recent experience working with the federal government providing Statements of Work (SOW) or similar documents

Responsibilities are not limited to;

1. End to end project management activities including; planning financial planning aspects, giving briefings on progress and concerns of project, coordinating and preparing documentation in response to scheduled and unscheduled reports, returns and observations to update management of project progress
2. Communication documentation such as preparing formal SOWs, work breakdown structures, compliance charts, draft plans, draft evaluation plans, criteria, and evaluation schedules
3. Monitoring the design, implementation and operations start up of the project against established goals, objectives and milestones, reporting progress on an ongoing basis
4. Preparing plans, charts, tables and diagrams to assist in analyzing or displaying problems, providing recommendations for improvement
5. Conducting post project reviews/lessons learned
6. Coordinate, draft and prepare for signature formal project documents and reports
