Our client, in Vancouver, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to join their agile team. The role focuses on advancing agile practices, enhancing DevOps environments, and driving cloud-based delivery with an emphasis on AI, machine learning, and data analytics in complex, integrated enterprise settings.
As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be pivotal in guiding, coaching, and leading agile teams to enhance performance and ensure effective execution of technology projects. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, manage project deliverables, and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to remove impediments and achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and schedule agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage and optimize project and sprint backlogs using tools like Azure DevOps.
- Identify and remove technical and non-technical roadblocks to maximize team efficiency and progress.
- Guide, coach, and educate teams on agile methodologies and DevOps practices, providing constructive feedback on performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to align project goals and ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Deliver projects leveraging advanced technologies such as AI, machine learning, data analytics, and Azure infrastructure.
- Handle team budgeting, forecasting, resource costing, and provide financial updates to senior management.
- Support and lead initiatives involving Telephony and Unified Communications technologies.
Must-Have Skills:

6+ years of direct hands-on experience in agile practice, with at least 4 years in agile and DevOps environments.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in cloud delivery.

4+ years in IT with a focus on process improvement, project management, business requirements, and technical proficiency.

Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Strong experience in an enterprise-level, complex, and integrated environment.

Background in AI, machine learning, and data analytics projects.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent (e.g., CSPO, CSD, CSP, PMI-ACP, SSM, CDAP, CLP).
