The role involves scheduling meetings, assisting lawyers with various projects, and utilizing various software platforms for communication and organization. While the position traditionally included reception responsibilities, the need for onsite reception has evolved, allowing for potential remote work arrangements.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage reception duties, including answering incoming calls on main lines and greeting visitors.
- Provide administrative support to lawyers, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and assisting with various projects.
- Utilize software platforms such as Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for communication, scheduling, and document preparation.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate initiative by proactively identifying opportunities to contribute and offering assistance to colleagues.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Adapt to changing priorities and collaborate effectively with team members.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience in administrative support or reception roles preferred.
- Familiarity with legal terminology or experience in the legal industry is advantageous but not required.
- Comfortable working onsite, with the potential for remote work arrangements.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and learn new technologies.
- Experience in a similar role or exposure to legal environments is desirable.
