Our client, a high-end design company, is seeking a Brand Production Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis, with potential for permanent placement. This is a fully remote position requiring previous experience in post-production or digital asset coordination.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take charge of incoming requests for existing images and videos, ensuring prompt response and fulfillment to meet project requirements.
- Master the organization and upkeep of our digital library, ensuring easy accessibility and efficient retrieval of assets as needed.
- Demonstrate strong visual recognition skills to effectively identify and utilize assets in this role.
- Assist in the smooth handover of post-shoot content, including production handover documentation and coordination with relevant partners.
- Gather e-commerce photo references for tasks such as color correction, ensuring their availability for project requirements.
- Conduct regular hard drive backups and create FPOs (For Position Only) files for image and video assets, transferring these assets to box.com for sharing with the creative team.
Qualifications & Skills:

2+ years of experience in a production service-related field (studio, DAM systems, editing, etc.).

Familiarity with photo and video formats, as well as knowledge of post-production and editing processes and required timeframes.

Comfortable with standard production process flows.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and ask the right questions to stay informed about project feasibility.
