Our top client is seeking a Corporate Affairs Specialist to join their team. As a Corporate Affairs Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating various activities within the Corporate Affairs function. You will contribute to enhancing our client's reputation, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, and supporting organizational goals through strategic initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Implementation: Track and support the implementation of corporate affairs strategies and initiatives related to marketing, communications, and customer relations.
Content Creation and Communication: Prepare internal and external communications, develop a content strategy/calendar, and manage and update communication channels. Support the development of graphics, animations, and written content for various stakeholder and communication channels.
Budget Management: Monitor, track, and report department budgets.
Brand Alignment: Support alignment with brand objectives and target audiences, ensuring brand consistency and continuity.
Stakeholder Engagement: Respond to inquiries and requests from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills.
Qualifications and Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in corporate affairs, marketing, communications, public affairs, preferably in a corporate setting.
