Our client in the non-profit industry is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator for a 4 month contract. This position is hybrid (in office 3 days a week).
As a Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing inquiries and providing support in both English and French in a call center environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional assistance in both English and French via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Address inquiries, complaints, and escalations effectively and efficiently
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as sales, operations, and technical support, to resolve issues and ensure seamless service
- Assist with any administrative or documentation tasks
- Other duties as required
Qualifications and Skills
- Bilingual in English and French
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or a related field
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong MS office experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages are required
