We're on the lookout for a highly organized individual to join our Financial client's team as a Financial Reconciliation Specialist. This role entails meticulous attention to detail in managing all reconciliation tasks within the department.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a knack for multitasking, and the ability to work autonomously.
A bachelor's degree is a prerequisite, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong aptitude for collaboration across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the production of comprehensive reconciliations for the department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage a diverse array of reconciliation tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Cash/Settlement Wash Accounts/Sub-system integration with the Firm's primary General Ledger.
  • Reconciliation of CMO products, encompassing Fixed Income and Equities, covering inventory/repos/Stock Borrow/Loan and Deposits/Money Markets, and Derivatives.
  • Daily reconciliation of Futures Margin Statements and Commodity Broker Statements.
  • Oversight of Stock Record Reconciliations, such as 15A6 Fail Reconciliation, Wash Account monitoring, Customer Statements testing, quarterly Securities Count mandated by SEC rules, Aldop reconciliations, and Aged Break reporting and monitoring.
• Demonstrate agility in handling Ad Hoc Reconciliations as required.
• Exhibit a robust understanding of Fixed Income and Equities products, along with proficiency in the Month-End Close process.
• Leverage multitasking abilities to effectively manage concurrent tasks.
• Prioritize Broker Dealer Knowledge as an essential requirement for the role.
