Are you an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant seeking a challenging role within the manufacturing sector? We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our client's team as an Executive Assistant to support their Vice President. This role requires you to work 3 days in office and 2 days from home, located in Thornhill.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President of our manufacturing division.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the Vice President and internal/external stakeholders, effectively communicating and coordinating information.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Vice President.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assisting with HR duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- 3-5 years supporting senior executives
- Bilingualism is an asset
- HR background an asset
