Job Description

Are you an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant seeking a challenging role within the manufacturing sector? We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our client's team as an Executive Assistant to support their Vice President. This role requires you to work 3 days in office and 2 days from home, located in Thornhill. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President of our manufacturing division.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between the Vice President and internal/external stakeholders, effectively communicating and coordinating information.
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Vice President.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assisting with HR duties as required. 

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • 3-5 years supporting senior executives 
  • Bilingualism is an asset 
  • HR background an asset
