Altis is excited to announce that we are partnering with a leading Institute and we are seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to ensure a positive volunteer experience and support organizational goals. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Development and Events Management, this role involves maintaining volunteer records, coordinating recruitment efforts, providing orientation and training, and managing volunteer performance.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate volunteer records and track volunteer terms.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts and maintain a national calendar of volunteer activities.
- Provide orientation and training for new volunteers.
- Coordinate committee meetings and prepare official minutes.
- Provide administrative support and recognize volunteer contributions.
Requirements:
- Fluently bilingual in English and French.
- Post-secondary education in administration or related field.
- Preferred: 2 years of volunteer coordination experience.
- Preferred: Certification in Volunteer Administration (CVA).
