Our top client is seeking an enthusiastic Manager, Commercial Real Estate, small underwriting, to spearhead our dynamic team. As the Commercial Real Estate Manager, you'll be at the forefront of evaluating and presenting recommendations on diverse commercial mortgage transactions. 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Craft compelling investment proposals, negotiating optimal pricing and loan structures aligned with risk.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Underwriting team, presenting investment proposals and ensuring timely responses to meet client expectations.
• Engage directly with our valued borrowers to gather and analyze information, issuing crucial Letters of Intent and Commitment Letters when needed.
• Partner closely with the Director to cultivate and maintain agent and borrower relationships, fostering growth in the commercial mortgage sector.
• Oversee the Large Commercial pipeline, ensuring seamless workflow and timely loan approvals.
• Deliver comprehensive reports to the Senior Vice President on portfolio performance, market trends, and competitive insights.
• Liaise with internal departments such as ERM, Finance, Treasury, Compliance, and Securitization to support commercial initiatives.
• Uphold rigorous compliance standards, ensuring authenticity and adherence to organizational policies and guidelines.
• Act as a mentor and subject matter expert, guiding and coaching team members on commercial lending best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of experience in commercial mortgage lending/underwriting.
• Deep understanding of commercial real estate
