Altis Recruitment & Technology is searching for an HR professional to join our team internally. In this role, you will work as a trusted support for our business leaders and team members where they deliver on business goals and drive internal initiatives. Reporting into the Director, People & Culture, you would be responsible for supporting in executing company programs and processes, and supporting talent acquisition, DEI initiatives and learning and development where needed. The bulk of your role will focus on Employee Relations (70%).

Be it leadership development, employee relations, policy development, talent management, team engagement, recruitment and onboarding, learning and development or culture building these are all exciting components of working in our HR team.
