Job Description
Contract Term: April 2024 to September 2024, with options for extension.
Location: Hybrid, Head Office, Burnaby, BC (80% on-premise work required, equating to 4 days per week).
This position will report to the Supervisor of the Server Team, which is a part of the Infrastructure Services Division within Corporate Services.
Responsibilities:

SharePoint Site Administration:
- Configuration of SharePoint environments using the admin center.
- Management of user profiles and security settings.
- Creation and management of sites and sub-sites.
- Implementation of records management protocols.
- Integration of SharePoint with social media platforms.
- Monitoring and maintenance of SharePoint Online services.

Azure and SharePoint Integration:
- Configuration of Azure single sign-on for external users.
- Familiarity with various SharePoint roles and storage options.
- Implementation and management of SharePoint security measures.

Site and Content Management:
- Leveraging Microsoft Power platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI).
- Customization of page layouts, web parts, and permissions.
- Configuration of search hubs and queries.
- Testing and enabling third-party add-ons.
- Development of unique and refined SharePoint permissions.
Must-Have Qualifications:

- Proficiency in SharePoint 2013, 2016, 2019, and SharePoint Online.
- Considerable knowledge of Office 365.
- Experience with Azure Entra (Azure AD).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with Purview for Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
- Knowledge in B2B integration.
