We're looking for seasoned Business Analysts to join our client's team for a 2-year journey. You'll play a crucial role in steering our diverse projects towards success. Term: 2-Year Contract
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days/week on-site required) in Halifax
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth analysis across varied project streams, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Design and lead engaging workshops for both internal and external stakeholders, driving decisive outcomes.
- Spearhead the development of comprehensive business requirements, including processes, workflows, and data models.
- Craft and present sophisticated solutions to our leadership, advocating for your recommended approaches.
- Embark on research missions to identify industry best practices, proposing innovative technology and service enhancements.
What Were Looking For:
- A solid educational foundation with a Bachelors degree.
- At least 5 years of advanced experience in a Business Analyst capacity.
- A minimum of 3 years dedicated to the health sector and 2 years engaging with public sector projects.
- Hands-on involvement in major health information system initiatives.
- Demonstrated capability in mapping out both current and future business and technical landscapes.
- A history of supporting and leading IT projects that span multiple functions, showcasing real-world success.
- Proficiency in navigating and uniting remote team efforts across various organizational levels.
- Outstanding communication skills, adept in fostering relationships and managing conflicts in settings with diverse priorities.
- A proven history of client engagement successes.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Certification in change management (Prosci or CCMP).
- ITIL Certification.
- Candidates with experience specific to the Nova Scotia region will be given priority.
