Our valued Crown Corporation client is currently seeking a MacOS Support and Engineering Consultant to provide tier 2 and 3 support to MacOS device fleet and work closely with other IT teams such as Cyber and Network to remediate problems and incidents. This is a HYBRID 6+ month contract.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide tier 2 and 3 support to MacOS device fleet
• Work closely with other IT teams such as Cyber and Network to remediate problems and incidents
• Deploy software, OS and security updates to MacOS fleet
• Build, test and deploy MacOS system policy changes

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong understanding of MacOS operating systems, hardware and software
• MacOS system administration, networking and security
• Device management experience using Jamf MDM
• Understanding of large enterprise IT infrastructure - Networks, Security, Cloud

Education

• A bachelor’s degree in business administrator or computer science and at least five years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
